- By entering the competition, participants automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- This competition is open to Dubai Holding employees only.
- This competition is not open to current or previous employees or partners of Lenovo, their families or agencies.
- All entrants are to follow and adhere to all entry guidelines outlined above.
- Lenovo reserves the right to remove and disqualify any offensive, rude or demeaning entries, comments or questions.
- The competition winner will be selected on 2nd July, 2019 and announced within 24 (twenty-four) hours period of the winner response.
- The winner will be rewarded with (1) Legion Y530 Notebook With 15.6-Inch Display, Core i5 Processor/8GB RAM/1TB HDD/4GB NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050 Graphics Black .
- All winner decisions are final, and no negotiations will be entered into.
- Winner will be notified phone call and email indicating that he/she is a winner.
- Failure to respond within 24 (twenty-four) hours of notification from the winner announcement day will mean he/she forfeit your prize.
- The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted with a cash alternative.
- Participants participate at their own risk and responsibility.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates.
- Lenovo cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party. Participants in this competition agree that Lenovo will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, death, losses, costs, damage or disappointment of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use of a prize, or from participation in this competition. The foregoing shall apply in the event your data is not received or lost by Lenovo. The provisions of this Section shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
- Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation applicable in your country of residence and in the country where the data controller is located.
- All information collected from this activity will be for the sole purpose of selecting a winner at the end of the competition.
- Lenovo reserves the right to extend, reasonably shorten, suspend the time period of the Competition or terminate the Competition whenever it should so choose for technical, commercial, or operational reasons, or for reasons beyond its control or generally for any reason whatsoever within their sole discretion. The Competition, its prizes, and terms and conditions may be amended by Lenovo, at any time during the Competition, and will be applied and interpreted within their sole discretion. In such an event, all Participants waive any rights that they may have/purport to have in terms of this Competition, and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against Lenovo whatsoever.
- All materials will be the sole property of Lenovo.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating, the Participant indemnifies, releases and agrees to hold harmless Lenovo their associated, holding and subsidiary companies, and its directors, officers, agents, representatives, shareholders, employees, successors and assigns from any and all claims or liability arising from participating in the Competition, any Competition-related activity and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any prize.
- To the extent permitted by law, Lenovo will not be liable in any way whatsoever, for any claims arising from loss, injury, damage or costs, suffered by a Participant in relation to this Competition or the prizes offered, including but not limited to claims relating to defects in the prizes or any losses caused by such defects or losses arising from incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by Participants.
- Lenovo will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of incomplete or incorrect information provided.
